For IT problems that need a closer look.

Helping organizations regain control of technology so it supports the business instead of creating friction, risk, or stalled execution.

01 — ENGAGEMENT TYPES

Assessment-first, scoped to the situation.

Most engagements start after the normal path hasn’t produced clarity. Each begins with reassessment, then takes one of four shapes.
Technical Reassessment

For unresolved, unclear, or recurring issues — infrastructure instability, failed cutovers, and second-opinion reviews before more spend.

Provider Handoff Review

When a vendor, contractor, MSP, or internal team has already tried, and the environment still needs independent reassessment or cleanup.

Identity & Account Exposure Review

Account compromise, BEC aftermath, suspicious access, or unclear Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace exposure. Not forensic incident response.

Stabilization Sprint

Execution after reassessment, when the issue requires more work than the initial assessment window allows. May include engineering support, vendor coordination, and documented handoff.

Business IT issues ranging from basic operational problems to complex infrastructure escalations — including endpoints, networks, servers, virtualization, identity, access, and site-level technology. Ongoing helpdesk support is not included. Retainers and larger deployments are quoted separately.

02 — HOW IT WORKS

Fast intake. Honest reassessment. Clean closeout.

01

Intake & fit check

You describe what happened, what's been tried, and how urgent it is. We confirm fit and window.

02

Reassessment

We review the environment, prior attempts, and damage — without assuming the prior diagnosis was correct.

03

Recovery path

Before work begins, you receive a clear scope, timeline, and commitment. Larger work brings in engineering support under defined scope.

04

Execution & closeout

We stabilize, repair, document, and hand off — closing with a written summary of what was found, done, and recommended next.

03 — CLEAN CLOSEOUT

Every engagement closes with a written summary.

Four things, every time.

What was found.

The issue, likely cause, contributing factors, and observed risks — including anything misdiagnosed or missed.

What was done.

Stabilization, corrections, configuration changes, or containment performed during the engagement.

What remains.

Open risks, incomplete items, missing documentation, or work that needs additional scope.

What should happen next.

Recommended next steps — no further action, a stabilization sprint, continued support, or a larger deployment path.

04 — REQUEST ASSESSMENT

Tell us what happened, and what has already been tried.

Most requests receive a response the same business day. For urgent situations, call +1 (202) 417-7090.

Engagements are scoped after intake — you'll receive a proposal before work begins.
